This project was a house and outbuilding wash in Broken Arrow, OK. The customer was debating whether he needed his painter to come out and give him a bid or if he just needed some cleaning done. He was extremely impressed and satisfied with the results, at a fraction of the cost of new paint!
As you can see, some areas of the exterior were worse than others. The buildup of moss, algae, lichen and mildew had degraded the appearance of the property and the buildings were in need of a thorough cleaning.
These building received our standard house wash treatment and gutter brightening. Our gutter brightening service includes brushing the exterior surface of the gutter and rinsing with low pressure. A house wash consists of a biodegradable solution applied with low pressure and then rinsed off with water.
This small garden shed was also in need of a house wash and a roof cleaning as well. The black areas on the roof are made up of a bacteria called gloeocapsa magma. We use a low pressure method with a biodegradable solution to clean roofs such as the one pictured above, with results shown below. This service removes the unsightly marks from your roof so that you can delay getting a new roof for several years.
